Our Farm House provides you with a unique "Self-Serve" lodging experience.  Everything for a complete continental breakfast is provided.  You eat when it is convenient for you.

Self Check-in: When you make your reservation we will send you an entry code to the front door and your room.  Simply show up after 3:00 pm on your arrival day and your are all set.  No need to check in.  Your credit card will be charged the day of your arrival and a reciept will be placed on your bed.  A phone is provided should you need to contact the Innkeepers (Richard and Deb).  Their residence is at the Orchard House Bed and Breakfast.

Self Check-out: Check out is at or before 11:00 am.  Leave room key in the door.  The front door will auto close behine you.

Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen is available for your use.  Save money on restaurants and pick up groceries at our local store less than a mile away for.  Plates, glasses, utensils and all cookware are provided.

Room Temperature: Each room has its own controllable airconditioner and heat unit. 

Room amenities include private baths with complimentary toiletries, hair dryers, Alarm Clock Radio/CD players. Flat Screen TV and built in  DVD player, Free Wireless Internet.

Other amenities:

- Front and back porch with wicker chairs.

- Free Wireless High Speed Internet.

- Sprawling grounds with Vineyard, pond, walking trails.

- Living room with TV.

- Fully equipped Kitchen.

- A Telephone is available for local and credit card calls only. 

Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the house. Our guests may smoke on the porch or on the grounds, but please be considerate of non-smoking guests.  Please distinguish butts in containers provided. 

Please Note: The Pool and Hot Tub at the Orchard House B&B are not available for guests staying at the Apple Blossom Farm House.

Un-registered guest are not allowed to visit.
