Discounts unfortunately cannot be processed online properly.
We will apply 3 night and military discounts to your reservation prior to sending you a confirmation.

Children and Pets: Although we love children, our home can not accommodate those under age 12, nor can we accommodate your pets.

Room Rates are based on double occupancy and do not include tax. There is a $25 fee for an additional occupant in the York Imperial Room only.

Weekend Rates are effective for two consecutive nights Thursday through Sunday.

Weekday Rates are effective Sunday through Thursday night.

Discounts:
Discount requests must be made at time of reservation and may not be combined with any other discount or package offer.  All discounts apply only to room rate and not packages or additional amenities.  Discounts do not apply to our Weekday prices as they are discounted for all.

Military Duty: Active Military personnel receive a 10% discount only on Weekend Room Rates with a two night minimum stay.

Business Guests: We welcome our business guests with a reduced rate for single occupancy, Monday-Thursday at the Apple Blossom Farm House. A satisfying continental breakfast is provided. Please call for details.  FREE Wireless High Speed Internet and in room TV.

3 or more consecutive nights:  Receive a 10% discount on your total Room Rate bill with a reservation of 3 or more consecutive nights in the same room that include two nights at the Weekend Rate.

Event Rentals: Our expansive dining room could be the ideal location for your meeting, group event, workshop, or retreat.

Serving of Alcoholic Beverages:  The staff of the Orchard House Bed and Breakfast take drinking and driving as a serious responsibility and request that all guests do the same.  We will require all room occupants to provide proper identification at time of check-in when alcohol is provided as part of a package or event.  In accordance with Virginia state law alcoholic beverages provided by the Orchard House Bed and Breakfast must be consumed on the property.  The staff of the Orchard House Bed and Breakfast may at anytime at our discretion refuse to serve anyone alcohol.
